To use FindTechFreelancers, you must:

- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. User Roles
Clients
Clients may browse freelancer profiles, post projects, and communicate directly with freelancers.
Freelancers
Freelancers may create profiles, list skills and services, and communicate with clients regarding potential work.
All users agree to act professionally and in good faith.
4. Platform Usage Rules
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Misuse the platform for unlawful purposes
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to bypass platform systems or security
- Copy, scrape, or misuse platform data without permission
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Independent Contractor Relationship
Freelancers using FindTechFreelancers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of FindTechFreelancers.
Clients and freelancers are solely responsible for:
- Project terms
- Deliverables
- Payments
- Taxes
- Compliance with local laws
FindTechFreelancers does not supervise, control, or guarantee work quality.
6. Payments & Financial Responsibility
Any payment arrangements, pricing, or compensation agreements are made directly between clients and freelancers, unless otherwise specified on the platform.
FindTechFreelancers is not responsible for:
- Payment disputes
- Chargebacks
- Refunds
- Non-payment issues
Users are encouraged to clearly define payment terms before starting work.
7. Content & User Submissions
Users may post content such as profiles, descriptions, portfolios, and messages.
By submitting content, you:
- Confirm you own or have rights to the content
- Grant FindTechFreelancers a non-exclusive right to display it on the platform
- Agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
FindTechFreelancers may remove content that violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content, branding, logos, and design elements belong to FindTechFreelancers or its licensors.
Users may not:
- Copy or reproduce platform materials
- Use branding without written permission
Intellectual property related to project work is governed by agreements between clients and freelancers.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
FindTechFreelancers reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Remove content or restrict access without prior notice if necessary
Users may stop using the platform at any time.
10. Disclaimers
FindTechFreelancers provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Project success
- Freelancer availability
- Accuracy of user-provided information
- Continuous or error-free platform access
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindTechFreelancers shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Lost profits or data
- Disputes between users
- Project outcomes or service quality
