At FindTechFreelancers, we respect and protect intellectual property (IP) rights for both clients and freelancers. This page explains ownership, usage, and responsibilities regarding creative, technical, and digital work produced on or through our platform.
By using FindTechFreelancers, you agree to these policies.
1. Ownership of Work
Freelancer Work
- Freelancers retain ownership of their original methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials used to complete a project.
- Once a project is delivered and approved, clients typically receive ownership of project-specific deliverables (code, designs, content, datasets), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Rights
- Clients have the right to use, modify, and distribute project deliverables after full payment and completion.
- Clients are responsible for providing clear specifications and confirming deliverables meet their requirements.
2. Licensing & Usage
- If the freelancer uses third-party tools, libraries, or datasets, they must comply with relevant licensing terms.
- Freelancers must ensure that project deliverables do not infringe any third-party rights.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, transferable, or exclusive license only as outlined in the project agreement.
3. Protection of Intellectual Property
FindTechFreelancers takes IP seriously and expects both clients and freelancers to:
- Avoid copying or reproducing the work of others without permission
- Respect copyrights, trademarks, and patents
- Avoid uploading or sharing illegal or infringing content
4. Handling Disputes
- Disputes regarding IP ownership or infringement should be reported to FindTechFreelancers support at inzmam.dubaiintl@gmail.com.
- The platform may mediate disputes based on available project records, communications, and agreements.
- FindTechFreelancers does not claim ownership of user-created content but may take action against infringing material.
5. Freelancers’ Original Tools and Pre-Existing Work
- Freelancers retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, or templates they use to deliver projects.
- Clients obtain rights only to project-specific deliverables, not the freelancer’s proprietary tools unless explicitly agreed.
6. Responsibility & Legal Compliance
- Both clients and freelancers are responsible for ensuring their work complies with local and international IP laws.
- FindTechFreelancers is not responsible for IP violations arising from user-generated content or project deliverables.
- Users agree to indemnify FindTechFreelancers against claims arising from IP infringement.
7. Reporting Infringement
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated:
- Contact FindTechFreelancers at: inzmam.dubaiintl@gmail.com
- Provide a detailed description of the infringement, including:
- Project details
- Relevant evidence or documentation
- Our team will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.

FindTechFreelancers may update this Intellectual Property Rights policy periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
