At FindTechFreelancers, we aim to provide a secure and transparent platform for clients and freelancers. This Refund & Payment Policy explains how payments are processed, under what conditions refunds are available, and the responsibilities of clients and freelancers.

1. Payment Processing
All payments on FindTechFreelancers are processed through secure, third-party payment providers. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
- Other supported digital payment methods (as listed on the platform)
Clients authorize FindTechFreelancers to charge the agreed project fee once a project is confirmed and approved.
2. Service Fees
FindTechFreelancers may charge a service fee for connecting clients and freelancers. Fees are disclosed clearly during project posting and payment. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Payment errors: Duplicate charges or technical issues
- Unauthorized transactions: If a payment was made without authorization
- Non-delivery of service: If a freelancer does not deliver work and the client follows dispute resolution procedures
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction or project completion.
4. Refund Procedure
To request a refund:

- Transaction ID
- Project details
- Reason for refund request
- Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days
5. Dispute Resolution
- Clients and freelancers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly
- If resolution is not possible, FindTechFreelancers may mediate based on platform records and communication
- Refunds are granted at the discretion of FindTechFreelancers following investigation
6. No Refunds for Completed Work
Once a project is completed and approved by the client, refunds are generally not provided. Clients and freelancers are encouraged to communicate clearly and confirm deliverables before marking work as complete.
7. Freelancer Payments
- Freelancers receive payment only after project milestones or full project completion, as agreed
- Service fees are deducted automatically (if applicable)
- Delays in payment processing may occur due to banking or third-party payment provider procedures
8. Changes to This Policy
FindTechFreelancers may update this Refund & Payment Policy from time to time. Users are encouraged to review the policy regularly. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
